Our Volunteer Program is open to undocumented students and allies interested in helping the Monarch Center.
Responsibilities
Volunteer for a minimum of 2 hours per week.
Based on interests and skills, we place volunteers in one of the following:
Creative Team
Internship Team
Front Desk Team
Events Team
Program Benefits
Gain in-depth knowledge about Services for Undocumented Students.
Collaborate with student coordinators to plan programs and events for undocumented students.
Engage with current and prospective students.
The Program Manager, Victoria Ordaz Garcia, can serve as a future reference and/or write a letter of recommendation depending on your level of involvement.
Participate in volunteer socials.
Requirements
Interested students must attend a remote Office Presentation.
Interested students must attend a remote Orientation
Interested students must pass our short quiz with at least an 80%
