Since the Presidential election of November 8, 2016, undocumented students have expressed a variety questions pertaining to their and their family's status, DACA, Advance Parole, and more. The UC Undocumented Legal Services Center has provided a list (see attachment) of possible FAQs to assist students. This information does not constitute as legal advice. Each individual case is different and will vary from situation to situation. If you have any questions, please contact UCULSC attorney David Gomez at David.email@example.com.
